A Kiss a Day

I am always looking for ways to improve my health. I exercise and I watch what I eat .  I love it when I read about something that can benefit me, keep me healthy, doesn’t involve pain, and I don’t have to give up chocolate and alcohol!

Never knew kissing was so good for me. Need to incorporate that into my daily routine. Only watching out for my teeth and blood pressure.
